The Mt. Tabor Theater, seated at the base of Mt. Tabor, a volcano within the city limits of Portland.  Opened in 1913.

The Liberty Theater in Toppenish, WA, the City of Murals.  Opened in 1915.  It used to have a neon marquee, but it has obviously been removed.  It's been closed for some time, but the current owner is trying to restore the building.
Opened in 1915 as the Clemmer Theater.  It underwent a few name changes through the years, including the State Theatre and the Metropolitan Performing Arts Center before becoming the Bing Crosby Theater in 2006.
