The Colusa Theatre, Colusa, CA. Opened in 1931 and apparently in danger of closing.
The Sierra Theatre, Susanville, CA. Opened in the 1930's.
The Fox Theatre, Centralia, WA. Opened in 1930 and currently undergoing restorations. When I visited this theater, the owner gave me a tour and told me that the colorful marquee is going to come down because they want to restore it to its original appearance, and the city of Centralia didn't appreciate the recent colorful paint job on the 50's or 60's style marquee. Sure enough, it came down in the summer of 2011. This summer, they are going to restore the Fox to its original 1930 appearance. The murals on the side, painted in the 1970's, are also going to disappear.
Apparently, Buffalo Bill really did visit the city on September 14, 1910. The lady who gave me the tour told me these murals were painted by a young lady in the 70's.
