The Victory Theater opened in 1945 in Milwaukie, OR, just south of Portland. Eventually it became part of the Wunderland chain, and is now the Milwaukie 3 Cinema.

The Pix Theatre, Woodburn, OR. I am guessing this theater opened in the 1940's, but I can find nothing certain on it. It was recently used as a furniture store, but it's now just a rotting eye sore.

The Mack, McMinnville, OR. Opened in 1942 and is closed.
The Stockton Theater opened in Stockton, CA in 1945, in spite of the war time restriction against private construction. The justification for the building was to increase moral of the port workers in the area. It's now a coffee shop in what Forbe's Magazine has called the "most miserable city to live in" in the U.S.A.
