The Fox Oakland Theater, Oakland, CA. Opened in 1928. The vertical sign is the original that was installed. The marquee was replace in the 1940's with a more "moderne" looking marquee.
The Liberty Theater, Astoria, OR. Opened in 1925, it underwent a bit of a facelift around 2000.
