The Mission Theater opened in 1910, and closed in 1993. I'm not sure at what point it became the "New" Mission Theater. As of 2012, there are plans to restore the building and start showing movies again.
The Grand Lake Theatre, Oakland, CA. Opened in 1926 and still going strong.
