The Alhambra Theatre opened in 1914 and seated at the base of Mt. Tabor, a volcano within the city limits of Portland. At some point, the theater adopted the name of the Volcano, and it remained the Mt. Tabor Theatre until 2013, when it again became the Alhambra. The photo was taken in 2012, when it was still clearly called Mt. Tabor.
The former Pix Theater. The building itself was built over 100 years ago, but it wasn't turned into a theater until 1941. It has since been neutered of it's neon and marquee.
In an article I found from a 1931 Grand View, WA, newspaper, the Colonial Theatre was being updated, so I can only guess it was build in the 1920's. But by looking at it, I'd say it was updated again in the '50's.
