The Fox Theater, Spokane, WA. Opened in 1931 and closed in 2000. Fortunately, the plans to turn it into a parking garage for a bar were killed, and it was restored and reopened in 2007.
The Del Mar Theater, Santa Cruz, CA. Opened in 1936 and is still kickin'.
